THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR
ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, X (FORMERLY TWITTER), INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK,
META, OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.

Please read these Official Rules carefully. By participating
in the Sweepstakes and/or submitting your entry, you are indicating that you
have read, understood, and fully agree to these Official Rules.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, you agree to abide by these Official Rules
and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters
relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all
requirements set forth herein.

1. SPONSOR

The #FW01 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray Coupe Giveaway Sweepstakes (the
“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Freedom Wheels Store LLC (hereinafter referred
to as "Sponsor"), located at 1870 The Exchange SE STE 220 #896405,
Atlanta, Georgia 30339. For questions, contact support@freedomwheels.store.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Entries will be accepted online starting at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”)
on February 1, 2026, and ending at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 30,
2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor may reasonably extend the end
date/time of the Sweepstakes Period solely for integrity, security, or fairness
reasons (e.g., fraud, technical failures, or other factors that may impair the
integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes). Any such extension will be
announced on freedomwheels.store (and/or Sponsor’s official social media
channels) no later than seven (7) days before the end date/time then in effect,
and these Official Rules will be updated accordingly.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and
the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of
entry. Any individual (or member of their immediate household) who has won a
prize from Sponsor in any sweepstakes or contest within the past twelve (12)
months is ineligible to win this Sweepstakes. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, U.S. territories, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and where prohibited
or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and
their immediate family members (defined as including spouse, biological,
adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren,
and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or
those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in
the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state,
and local laws and regulations.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to earn entries in the Sweepstakes:

A. Purchase Method

Eligible individuals who purchase apparel from the Sponsor’s website at
freedomwheels.store during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry
per dollar spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling). Multiple purchases
are permitted and will earn additional entries. Returns and exchanges are
governed by Sponsor’s standard return policy, available on the website. Entries
associated with returned, refunded, or charged-back purchases will be void.
Eligible purchases must be completed by 11:59 p.m. PT on April 30, 2026. Any
fraudulent or abusive activity in connection with this Sweepstakes is
prohibited, and Sponsor may disqualify any individual it suspects (in its sole
discretion) of engaging in such activity.

Extra Entry Periods (at Sponsor’s discretion):

Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor,
at its sole discretion, may announce on freedomwheels.store and/or on its
social media pages opportunities to earn additional entries (e.g., “2X”
entries), via a purchase of select apparel items (each, a “Multiplier Period”).
The multiplier on entries may vary. Exact details will be provided in the
announcement, including Multiplier Period dates and exact multiplier amount.

B. Mail-In Free Method of Entry (handwritten 3x5 card only)

To enter without making a
purchase, print your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, email address,
telephone number, date of birth, and hand write the phrase “I want to win the
#FW01 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray Coupe Giveaway Sweepstakes” on a 3x5 card
or paper and mail in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage to:

Method of Entry, c/o Freedom Wheels Store LLC, 1870 The Exchange SE STE 220
#896405, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 (each card must be mailed individually -
multiple/bulk mailings will not be accepted). Mail-in entries will not be
judged. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 25, 2026 (five (5) days
before the end of the Sweepstakes Period), and received by May 5, 2026. No
photocopies, facsimiles, or reproductions of mail-in entry requests will be
accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen,
incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing
does not constitute proof of delivery. All information must be complete to be
eligible. Personal information collected from entrant is used only for the
purpose of the Sweepstakes and will not be re-used, sold, or shared in any
manner, unless entrant agrees to receive further information on Sponsor’s
products and promotions. Use of computer programs and/or other automated
devices to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. For each eligible card mailed
in, according to the instructions above, you will receive five (5) entries into
the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries are treated the same as entries earned via
purchase; each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. To earn
multiplier entries without purchase (e.g., 2X entries for 10 total entries),
follow the instructions above for your mail-in entry and hand write the words
“2X entry” (or applicable multiplier) on the lower right-hand corner of the
card. Your mail-in entry must have a postmark date that corresponds to a
Multiplier Entry Period and be received within seven (7) days of the Multiplier
Entry Period’s deadline, as communicated on freedomwheels.store and/or on
Sponsor’s social media pages. Mail-in entry card and envelope must be
hand-printed by the Entrant only. Entrants are not permitted to use any
third-party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as
determined by the Sponsor). Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk
shipments of entries will not be accepted. If you are physically unable to
hand-print the card, one (1) other person may hand-print it on your behalf
using your information as the Entrant. Requests for confirmation of receipt of
mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Only fully complete and compliant
entries are eligible pursuant to these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made by
Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.
Those who do not follow all instructions, provide the required information in
their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of
Sponsor may be disqualified. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the
eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and
residence) are void. All mail-in entry materials submitted (including the 3x5
card) become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the
event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed
submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with
the entry for the domain associated with the submitted address, provided that
person is eligible. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural
person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider,
online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational,
institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted email address. Winner may be required to
show proof of being the registered account holder. In the event that a dispute
regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be
resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed
ineligible.

5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that your entry conforms
to the following requirements:

·      Entries that exploit bugs in the platform, or
otherwise violate the spirit of the Sweepstakes, will be rejected.

·      Entries generated by script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic, or other automated means are void and may be
disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete,
illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or
misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules
may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute
discretion.

·      Entries that attempt to harm the platform or
otherwise create an unfair advantage over other entrants will be rejected.

·      Entries cannot be in violation of any law,
regulation, or third-party rights.

·      Entrants found to use multiple accounts to enter
the Sweepstakes will be ineligible.

·    Incomplete entry submissions or entry
submissions not complying with these Official Rules are subject to
disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. PRIZES

The confirmed winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive one (1) prize
(the “Prize”), which is guaranteed to be awarded (subject to Winner’s
eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules): (i) one (1) Chevrolet
Corvette C8 Stingray Coupe (or a similar Chevrolet Corvette of equal or greater
value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) with an Approximate
Retail Value (“ARV”) not to exceed $72,500 (the “Vehicle Prize”), plus (ii) an
additional $5,000 cash (the “Additional Cash”). Cash Alternative: If the Winner
prefers not to accept the Vehicle Prize (and the accompanying Additional Cash),
they may elect to receive a cash prize of $55,000 in lieu of the vehicle (the
“Cash Alternative”). If the Winner elects the Cash Alternative, the Winner will
not receive the Vehicle Prize or the Additional Cash.

No other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the
Sponsor’s discretion. No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted,
except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right at its sole discretion to
substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. All expenses
associated with prize acceptance not mentioned herein are the sole
responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for
the Sponsor to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising
and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Vehicle Prize Restrictions (if the Vehicle Prize is
awarded): The interior and exterior color and condition of the vehicle
displayed in videos/photos may differ from the actual prize. The actual vehicle
awarded may be a different year, color, trim, and/or configuration, and may be
a similar Chevrolet Corvette of equal or greater value, as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Winner must possess a valid driver’s
license and proof of valid automobile insurance prior to receiving the prize.
Any costs associated with registration, taxes, licensing, title transfer, and
delivery of the automobile are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The
Winner must title and register the vehicle within fifteen (15) days after
receiving the title and vehicle. The vehicle is “AS IS” and without warranty of
any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Actual/appraised value may differ from what is listed in these Official Rules
at time of prize award. The Sponsor is not responsible for, and Winner will not
receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of the prize at the
time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any
Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material. The specifics of the prize
shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. NOTE #1: Prize vehicle may not pass
emissions testing in certain states, as applicable. Winner is responsible for
reviewing standards for operation of a vehicle in their state before accepting
the prize. NOTE #2: Prize must be picked up from 1870 The Exchange SE STE 220
#896405, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 within thirty (30) days of notification of
availability from the Sponsor, or Sponsor may arrange delivery at Winner's
expense. NOTE #3: The Winner understands and agrees that the pick-up process
may be videotaped/photographed. Rights to any prize ceremony video/photo belong
solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media at their sole discretion.

Taxes: The Winner is solely responsible for all federal,
state, and local taxes on the prize value (including income tax, sales tax, and
any applicable use tax). Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the Winner for
prizes valued at $600 or more. If the prize includes a vehicle, the Winner must
pay applicable taxes and fees and handle title transfer and registration.

7. ODDS

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The potential Winner will be selected by a random drawing among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, under the supervision of Sponsor on or about May 7, 2026. Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Official Rules, administration of the
Sweepstakes, and selection of the Winner. Decisions of the Sponsor as to the
selection of the Winner will be final. Potential Winner will be notified by
phone and email within five (5) calendar days following the drawing and will be
required to take all necessary steps to claim the prize. FRAUD ALERT: If you
are selected as a potential winner, you will ONLY be contacted by Freedom
Wheels Store LLC directly via the email support@freedomwheels.store or by phone
from a Georgia area code. Winners will NEVER be asked to provide credit card,
bank information, or any payment as a condition of prize award. Winners are
NEVER contacted through social media DMs. As part of the verification process, Winner
must complete and submit an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and
Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) confirming compliance with the Official Rules
within three (3) days of notification. The Affidavit sent to a potential Winner
will require that the Winner provide their Social Security Number to the
Sponsor, which will be used solely for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor shall
have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk
email, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or
otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted,
is ineligible, fails to take all of the required steps to claim the prize
within three (3) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to
timely return the completed and executed Affidavit as required, the prize may
be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the
Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error,
or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the
Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event,
Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize in a random drawing from among
the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it
finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the
Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately
undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of
criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves
the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted
by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not
constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants
agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors,
assigns,  employees, officers, and
directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability,
for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without
limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death which may occur in
connection with, preparation for, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or
possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any
Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights,
defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark
infringement, or any other intellectual property-related cause of action,
including (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting
an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii)
printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the
processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property
which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the Prize. Entrants
who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this
Sweepstakes in any way, shall be disqualified. The Released Parties are not
responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place as planned due to travel
cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war,
natural disasters, weather, terrorism, or other events beyond Sponsor’s
reasonable control; in such event, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, and/or modify
the Sweepstakes in accordance with Section 9, and, to the extent feasible, will
award the Prize from among eligible entries received. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:
EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE
CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED
STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL
RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT
KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE
RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR
HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS:
Nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by
statute.

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and
causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize
awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Georgia or the appropriate Georgia State Court located in Cobb
County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited
to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no
circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant
hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and
consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual
out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or
otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the
rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the
Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws
of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict
of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which
would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the
State of Georgia.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at freedomwheels.store/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you
agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

13. SEVERABILITY

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will
not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any
provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise
unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed
as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the
Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements,
representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings
herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Official
Rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof.
No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be
effective unless in writing and signed by the Sponsor. The waiver by Sponsor of
any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any
other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be
assigned by entrant, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the
prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of
the foregoing shall be null and void. These Official Rules shall be binding
upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of
Sponsor and entrant.

15. WINNER LIST

To obtain the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: #FW01
Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray Coupe Giveaway Sweepstakes Winner List, c/o
Freedom Wheels Store LLC, 1870 The Exchange SE STE 220 #896405, Atlanta,
Georgia 30339, postmarked by June 15, 2026.
